About me
I’m Luke, a fractional Head of Operations and strategic advisor based in the UK. I work with charities, social enterprises, NGOs, and purpose-driven businesses to build operational foundations that support sustainable growth.
My background spans operations leadership, programme management, and strategic planning across the charity, international development, and social enterprise sectors. I’ve worked with organisations at every stage — from early-stage start-ups finding their feet to established charities managing multi-million pound portfolios.
What drives me is helping mission-led organisations grow without losing what makes them special. That means building systems that are practical, proportionate, and aligned with your purpose — not just efficient for efficiency’s sake.
