How I price
I price each engagement as a whole piece of work rather than by the day. You know what it costs before we start, and that figure doesn’t move if the work takes me longer than I expected.
What it costs depends on the size of your organisation and whether you are a non-profit. Charities, social enterprises and smaller organisations pay less than commercial clients for the same piece of work. That scale is deliberate, so that good operations support isn’t limited to the organisations that can already afford it.
